CD22 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and CD22 ("CD22," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing the CD22 website at cd22.cash, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

CD22 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, sports betting and esports betting — are provided subject to these Terms. Where specific products or promotions carry their own additional terms, those terms should be read alongside this document and will take precedence in the event of a direct conflict.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the CD22 platform. Continued use of CD22 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. CD22 recommends that you review this page periodically for changes.

To open and maintain an account with CD22, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CD22 enforces strict age verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds in the account handled in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing CD22 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee of CD22, a software provider to CD22, or an immediate family member of either.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement currently in force on CD22 or any linked platform.

Each player may hold only one active account on CD22. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using alternative contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact CD22 support immediately.

When registering with CD22, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. CD22 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in your account being suspended until documentation is provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your CD22 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. CD22 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact CD22 support. CD22 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

CD22 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are received in Pakistani Rupees and credited to your CD22 account in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of a standard deposit transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though very large transactions may be subject to additional verification in accordance with CD22's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits are processed and credited instantly in the case of Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing bank.

Deposits on CD22 do not attract any platform fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before initiating a payment. CD22 has no control over fees charged by third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited to CD22 must originate from a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing funds from a payment method registered to another person — even a family member — is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms. CD22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if discrepancies are identified between deposit and withdrawal payment methods.

Withdrawals from CD22 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in order to comply with AML regulations. Where a direct return is not possible — for example, where a card deposit was made but an Easypaisa account is preferred for withdrawal — CD22 may require additional documentation before processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during CD22's normal operating hours (7am–11pm PST). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the following business window. There are no withdrawal fees charged by CD22.

Before processing a withdrawal, CD22 may require full KYC verification. This includes submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of the payment method in use. This is a one-time requirement — once verification is completed, subsequent withdrawals proceed without further documentation unless circumstances change.

• Players with active bonus balances must complete the relevant wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed for the bonus-derived portion of their balance.
• Real-money deposits made without any bonus are always withdrawable without restriction, subject only to KYC completion.
• CD22 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or AML investigation. In such cases, the affected player will be notified within 48 hours.

CD22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by specific terms applicable to that promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all CD22 bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated on each bonus page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and table games may contribute at varying rates. Check the specific bonus page for contribution percentages.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses not wagered within the stated period will be removed from the account along with any derived winnings.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per game is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time on CD22. A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing bonus remains active and unwagered.

All casino games available on CD22 — including slots, live casino, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, crash games and jackpot slots — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable, or real physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the expected long-term payout rate.

CD22 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, loading error or software fault — the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance. CD22 is not liable for any winnings that a player believes they might have received from a round that was interrupted by a technical fault.

Players are expected to play in good faith. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any system that interacts with CD22's platform without human input is strictly prohibited. CD22 uses real-time monitoring to detect unusual patterns of play, and accounts found to be using automated systems will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

All sports and esports bets placed on CD22 are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. CD22 reserves the right to use alternative information sources for settlement where official sources are unavailable or delayed.

Bets are accepted up to the start of the event unless stated otherwise. In-play (live) betting markets close at the discretion of CD22's trading team, who may suspend or withdraw markets at any time without prior notice based on event developments or technical limitations.

• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, CD22's standard policy is to void all bets and return stakes to the player's balance.
• For best-of series in esports, bets on the overall winner will stand unless the series is abandoned before a result is reached.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical error — may be voided by CD22 regardless of outcome. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout per bet varies by event and market. Maximum payout limits are visible before bet placement and may not be exceeded regardless of accumulator size or odds.
• Accumulator bets are settled with all individual selections multiplied together. One void selection in an accumulator reduces the accumulator leg count by one.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on CD22 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse or circumvention of withdrawal restrictions.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated betting systems, bots or scripts of any kind.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Attempting to manipulate CD22 bonus systems through coordinated wagering, bonus abuse strategies or churning deposits.
• Using CD22 for any money laundering purpose, including structuring deposits to avoid AML reporting thresholds.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse or threats toward CD22 staff or other players.

Players may close their CD22 account at any time by contacting support at support@cd22.cash. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements on bonus balances.

CD22 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been breached, or that the account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful or harmful to other players or to CD22. In such cases, CD22 will investigate the account activity before taking permanent action, and will notify the affected player of the outcome.

If CD22 closes an account for a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse or use of prohibited software — any balances derived from the prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made in good faith prior to the breach may be returned at CD22's discretion.

CD22's collection, storage and use of personal data is governed by the CD22 Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy. CD22 collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing and platform improvement.

CD22 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or regulation. All data handling is conducted in accordance with applicable Pakistani data protection legislation.

By registering with CD22, you consent to receiving account-related communications by email and SMS, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts and responsible gaming reminders. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time from your account settings, but transactional and security communications cannot be disabled.

CD22 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is genuinely safe and sustainable. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools directly within the player account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion options.

If you believe your gaming may be becoming problematic, CD22 strongly encourages you to make use of these tools. Requesting a lower deposit limit or activating self-exclusion on CD22 will never be judged negatively — it is exactly the kind of self-management behaviour we encourage. Changes to lower limits are effective immediately. Requests to raise limits are subject to a 24-hour review period.

Self-exclusion on CD22 means your account will be locked for the duration you specify. During self-exclusion, you will not receive promotional communications from CD22. Attempts to re-register during an active self-exclusion period will be rejected. Circumventing self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.

CD22's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant claim. CD22 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity or any other loss not directly caused by a proven error on CD22's part.

CD22 is not liable for disruptions to service arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, acts of government or regulatory intervention, force majeure events or scheduled maintenance periods communicated in advance to players.

CD22 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible. In the event that a player is mid-game during an unscheduled outage, CD22 will restore the game state or return the bet amount to the player's balance upon restoration of service.

CD22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — CD22 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to registered players and by prominent notice on the platform.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions or additions to product-specific sections — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of CD22 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using CD22 and may request account closure with a full return of your real-money balance.
